One body, One Family One Life

This was going to be entitled "Communion and sharing" but after writing it, it seemed more in line with the message.

Living life alone is nearly impossible. Your attitude should be like Christ Jesus. Because we are all apart of one body in Christ. We each have our own special gifts and abilities that we can share with others as well as the church. And that brings me to Sharing.

We are apart of one family and are to share our lives and focus our actions as we live each day for Jesus. We are not to look at others differently meaning better or worse Instead we need to work on building others up when they need it. Because we are supposed to be on the same path which is the road that leads back to our Father in heaven.

Another way we share is taking communion with each other. In doing this we share one life and partake in the death of not only Jesus who died for our sins but of our old selves.

We are to get what ever it is that keeps us from sharing with others out of the way. Love is a discipline to bring blessing to others by what ever cost.

And that brings me to my last point

Don't we want to share with others when we find something good? Then we should be shouting on the roof tops the wonderful life Jesus has given us and what He has done for us.

Connecting to the soul question Are we sharing Gods Word and wonderful life He has for us if we ask, or are we just hearing it?

  1. Good question! My answer is that I share far more than I used to, but could share so much more than I currently am. It's a work in progress, I think. I'm progressively working toward His suggested daily amount of sharing. :-)

Thank you, Debi, for sharing this today!
