Isaiah 3: 7 TLB

“I cannot be of any help... don't get me involved.”

I just started reading Isaiah and this verse caught my attention. I used to read The Children's Living Bible when I was a teen. I'd sit for hours and devour the scripture as if it was my bread and butter. The best story book ever. And it was and it still is. Now many years later I found The Living Bible. The only difference there wasn't a picture. But the words were the same, The Words of My Lord. Words I clung to as a child words I cling to as an adult.

But I don't mean to take you on a trip down memory lane but stating a fact. How many times do we say or hear someone say. “ I cannot help don't get me involved.” How many times do we see injustice and turn our heads or say, what could I do I'm just- and fill in the blank. I'm no different. However, when we think about it from Jesus' point of view. There is no “I'm just. With Jesus we can. And should,
Because with God Nothing is impossible.” Jesus said it himself. “But with God, everything is possible.” Matt 19:26 We are only to believe.

Lets pray ,

Father God thank you for all you do for me each day, thank you for waking me up this morning. Remind me when I doubt and say Yea but or I cant I'm just, That with you all things are possible.

In Jesus name I pray Amen
